Richard Brown (abt 1775) married Elizabeth Grant in 1796,
Co, Kilkenny. They had at least 4 children who emigrated to Canada:
1- Patrick Brown (1799-1889) m. Ellen Walsh 1827 and Bridget Sullivan 1833
2- Richard Brown (1805-1885) m. Ellen Conroy, 1828
3-John Brown (1806-1880) m. Catherine Cavanagh, 1833
4- Mary Brown (1808-1832) m. Martin Conroy, 1832
